Construction Drawings and Bid Documents Review done on 13-19 April 2024

The HEET Team conducted a retreat from 13-19 April 2024 to review all documents submitted by the consultant, focusing on several key aspects. The team ensured that the drawings met client requirements comprehensively, evaluated the overall design for cost-effectiveness, and recommended strategies to address budget constraints by comparing estimated construction costs with the allocated budget for the proposed structures. 

Additionally, the team assessed the adequacy of compliance with various construction project requirements, including those of the World Bank and other technical and regulatory standards. They also evaluated the consultant's proposed approach to the assignment, including the work plan, schedule, and staffing, and thoroughly reviewed the bid document.
